Aaron started attending Brigade’s Full-Day Enrichment Program at our Carl B. Brown Youth Center this Fall as a 1st grader. Virtual schooling and remote learning has been tough for many children; especially our youngest ones. Thankfully, our staff was able to directly connect with Aaron’s teacher to troubleshoot his adjustment. After Aaron finishes his Zoom meetings with teachers and assignments on his tablet, he is eager to get outside or play games in the gym. Our staff incentivizes our children, like Aaron, to be leaders by publically recognizing positive behaviors and actions like kindness & inclusiveness and academic achievement. Aaron has been recognized in front of his peers for the progress he has made in school and for being a team player during games and activities.
Will you give the gift of Leadership to local children needing to be positively shaped and molded to become OUR future leaders?
